US Youth Soccer Region I sponsors a series of regional leagues to provide a higher level of competition for teams above the state level but below the region level. Each League is a fully sanctioned league under Region I.
The League is intended for teams below the level of the Region I Premier League: teams not accepted into the Premier League and teams able to play at the level commensurate with their state cup finalists, semi-finalists and quarter-finalists.
