US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl who has a mental or physical disability. Our goal is to enable the thousands of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family.

US WINS FIPFA WORLD CUP
The United States won the inaugural World Cup of Powerchair Football in Tokyo, Japan on Oct 13th in dramatic style, defeating France after 2 overtimes and 6 rounds of kicks from the penalty mark! The first competitive power soccer event ever held in Virginia will take place on 16-17 Nov at the Washington DC Conference Center in conjunction with the World Congress & Expo on Disabilities (www.wcdexpo.com/special_events.cfm). Featuring the best teams from the Eastern US, this event is free and open to the public. Come and watch as 6 teams from around the country, including many members of the victorious US National Team, and the local Virginia team, compete over 2 days for the 2007 Autumn Cup. The games start at 11 am and end about 4 pm each day. The Tidewater Piranhas, Virginia's award winning team, will play on 16 Nov at 12:55 am against the 2007 National Champion Circle City Rollers of Indiana, and at 2:35 pm against the Tampa Bay (Florida) Crossfire, as well as at least 1 match on the 17th. The games on 17 Nov will consist of playoff matches will feature the championship game at 3:25 pm. Many of the teams will then attend the MLS Championship Match at RFK Stadium on the 18th. You might see them on TV as the game will be broadcast live nationally.
