Promotional TopSoccer Video: I will be presenting at the TopSoccer meeting the new 2007 Promotional Video. This video will be presented at the US Youth Soccer member ship at the National Workshop in Pittsburgh in 2008.

News from the TopSoccer Programs in Region I

1. Diane Spencer (EPA) - Programs are continuing to grow up to twenty-seven (27) programs and working on a training video.

2. Teresa Doermer (NYW) - Expanding programs and working on getting more sponsors and grants for their programs.

Power Soccer (Wheelchair Soccer): Chris and Kevin Mulholland will be leaving to go to Japan for the Power Soccer World Cup which starts on October 9th. How great this is - Kevin and Chris did a presentation of Power Soccer at our meeting in 2006. Kevin and Chris live in Virginia.

Summary TopSoccer Meeting: The TopSoccer meeting was held in Maryland on April 21st. Twenty five (25) people were in attendance. We visited Megan O'Donnell's program in Delaware for some hands on training. Lots of information was shared among us concerning needs and training of the TopSoccer players.

Autism: Autism will our topic at our meeting in October. New statistics show that one our of 166 children have autism. There seems to be a growth in our programs for children with autism.
