The purpose of this form is to expedite the scramble registration of all ODP players attending Region I camp this summer. Players are scrambled into coaching and playing groups for teaching and evaluation purposes.

Look at the example below. Please help us by using consistent terminology for entering the data into the form. Use the state postal abbreviation for state, the last two digits of the birthyear (i.e. 88), and S,M,D,G, for the positions of striker, midfielder, defender, or goalkeeper.
You should be able to "copy and paste" roster information into this spreadsheet or type it in manually. After this form has been completed, attach the completed file to a message and send to the e-mail below for input.
