The purpose of this is to expedite the scramble registration of all ODP players attending Region I camp this summer. Players are scrambled into coaching and playing groups for teaching and evaluation purposes.
Click on the above link, download the form, and choose save it to your computer. The form was done in Microsoft Excel.
Look at the example below. Please help us by using consistent terminology for entering the data into the form. Use the state postal abbreviation for state, the last two digits of the birthyear (i.e. 88), and S,M,D,G, for the positions of striker, midfielder, defender, or goalkeeper.
You should be able to "copy and paste" roster information into this spreadsheet or type it in manually.. after this has been completed attach this information to the e-mail below for input."
