Overall

The first two games witnessed some excellent soccer from our team in spite of sustaining injuries to key players such as Tegeler, Newkirk and Capuano. In view of the fact that we were missing our national pool members already, we played remarkably well. The two wins over the south and the west were well deserved and the loss to the north was more to do with fatigue than anything else. Added to that aspect was the fact that the players did the ACL prevention work out the day before and it proved to be strenuous enough to have effect on their performance the following day.
