Recreation Coach of the Year - February 2008 US Youth Soccer has added a Boys Recreation Coach of the Year and Girls Recreation Coach of the Year to the Annual Awards Dinner that is held in conjunction with the US  Youth Soccer Workshop.  States were asked to submit candidates for the Region Coaches of the Year to submit a candidate for the National award.  The winners of the US Youth Soccer Region I awards are:     Oscar Rodriguez, New Jersey - Region I Boys Recreation Coach of the Year     Mark Bragaw, Virginia - Region I Girls Recreation Coach of the Year
