Reminders

U12 Age Group: A State Association will be able to enter a State Champion in the 11v11 competition and a State Champion
                       (different team than 11v11) in the U12 8v8 Competition.

Under 17 & Older Age Groups: The Under 17 & older age groups may have a maximum of a 22-player team roster and for games,
                                            a maximum of an eighteen player game roster.

Under 19 Age Group Only: Attendance at The Parade of States is optional for U19 teams

Online Forms: Team Information/Media/Code of Conduct and Player Profile

Team Info/Code of Conduct Form for all Age Groups
Player Profile Form - Mandatory for U15, U16, U17
                        - Optional for U18 and U19

These forms will now be completed online.  Teams will access the forms via a link on the Region I website under National Championship Forms.  Please complete the Team information first followed by the Player Information. A guideline to completing these forms is also available on the Region I website.

For all teams completing Cup on or before June 1st, the deadline date to complete the online tasks is Thursday, June 5th.  Teams completing Cup after June 1st will have 48 hours to complete the online tasks.

Reminder: If State Associations have not completed their Cup Competition in all or certain age groups and they have a wildcard, the schedule and draw will not be released until the State Cup Competition has been completed.
